General Information of Chlorella
Chlorella Powder is made from Chlorella vulgaris, a green eukaryotic (unicellular) microalgae found in freshwater or low-salinity saltwater. C.vulgaris is native to Taiwan and Japan, and is a rich source of protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber and omega-3.
Feed Chlorella Powder to your crustaceans

Chlorella Powder is dried by the method of spray drying. As the spray drying process causes Chlorella cells clumping together and becoming larger, some small crustaceans are therefore unable to eat foods that are too large.
So, Chlorella Power needs to be prepared prior to feed with these following steps:
Scoop an adequate amount of Chlorella powder into a small container.
Use a dropper to drop the water onto the powder until it is soaked.
Gently rub it with your finger to loosen clumping cells.
Add more water onto the container.
Rub it again until the Chlorella is well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the crustacean tank, the water will turn light green. Do this once a day.
This way allows small crustaceans to eat and also slow down the sedimentation of Chlorella.
